Volleyball

Have you ever heard of Mintonette? It was the original name for volleyball. Mintonette was invented in 1895, and the name was switched to volleyball in 1896. It was changed to volleyball because Morgan heard an observer say the players were “volleying” the ball back and forth over the net.

Do you know the rules of women’s volleyball? There are a lot of rules in volleyball. Did you know that there are three different types of hits? There is a bump, a set, and a spike. In order to play, there have to be six players on a team with three in the back and three in the front. There is only a maximum of three hits per side, and a player can’t hit the ball twice in a row. The ball can also be played off the net during a hit or even on a serve.

The difference between indoor volleyball and beach volleyball is that the indoor volleyball is heavier than the beach volleyball. The Indoor volleyball is heavier because it allows it to move faster and harder. In beach volleyball, there are four fewer players on each side of the net. The beach volleyball is softer, lighter, and a bit bigger than the indoor ball. The fact that it is lighter allows them to float more in the air. It’s easier to play volleyball at the beach with a lighter ball. Overall, volleyball is an entertaining sport, and I recommend it.
