Eligible students must live or attend school in Kearny.
Kearny School District has partnered with WoS to host an Afterschool program and Summer sports writing camp at Lincoln Middle School. WoS Summer sports writing camp was first hosted in 2021 and proved to be an immense success.
Dates: July 10-27 2023 (no Fridays)
Eligibility: Rising 7-8 graders

Write on Sports works with at-risk middle school students to improve their creative writing skills by tapping into their passion for sports at our writing programs.
Write on Sports is a fully audited 501 (c)(3) tax-deductible non-profit organization. Donations are fully deductible. Write on Sports programs are open to all qualifying students, regardless of gender, race, nationality, religion, creed or sexual orientation.
